摘 要:以南沟煤业有限公司配套选煤厂建设项目新建洗选及集运系统中主斜井所用带式输送机为研究对象,针对其输送带使用过程中频繁出现的皮带磨损、刮伤、断裂等故障,提出接头硫化更换技术应用的可行性,并在分析接头硫化工艺原理的基础上进行了该煤矿带式输送机输送带接头硫化更换过程中危险源的识别及输送带硫化接头更换过程的分析探讨。结果表明,硫化接头更换技术可快速、高效解决旧皮带磨损、断裂问题,并增强更换后输送带结构的强度,延长使用寿命,且该技术更换成本低,具有较强的经济效益和社会效益。Taking the belt conveyor used in the main inclined shaft of the new washing and gathering system of the coal processing plant construction project of Nangou Coal Industry Co.The feasibility of the application of joint vulcanization replacement technology was proposed,and the identification of hazard sources in the process of belt conveyor belt joint vulcanization replacement and the analysis of the process of belt conveyor belt joint vulcanization replacement were carried out based on the analysis of joint vulcanization process principle.The results show that the vulcanized joint replacement technology can quickly and efficiently solve the old belt wear and fracture problems,and enhance the strength of the replaced conveyor belt structure and prolong the service life,and the technology has low replacement cost,which has strong economic and social benefits.
