摘 要:为进一步提升巷道的回采效率和降低生产成本,简单概述了机械化原巷充填采煤工艺并结合17181综采工作面巷道的实际情况完成充填设备和“三机”的配套选型。对机械化原巷充填采煤工艺与传统回采工艺的生产成本、推进速度和人员数量进行对比发现,原巷充填采煤工艺极大地提升了采煤效率,减少了现场工作人员的数量,降低了回采成本。In order to further improve the recovery efficiency and cost of the roadway,based on the comprehensive analysis of the geological conditions of the roadway of 17181 comprehensive mining working face,we briefly outlined the mechanized raw roadway filling coal mining process and completed the matching selection of filling equipment and"three machines"with the actual situation of the roadway of 17181comprehensive mining working face.The comparison of production cost,advancement speed and number of personnel between mechanized raw lane filling coal mining process and traditional back mining process was carried out.The raw lane filling coal mining process has greatly improved the coal mining efficiency,reduced the number of field staff and lowered the cost of recovery.
