摘 要:锦瑞矿总回风巷回风井底段存在巷道断面小、风速过大问题,在一定程度上制约矿井通风,基于此,提出通过刷扩巷道断面来降低通风阻力、增加通风面积。由于回风巷回风井底段巷帮为小煤窑古塘巷道,为确保刷扩安全,对瓦斯排放方案以及巷道支护方案进行设计;为降低通风系统能耗,将地面主要通风机工作频率由43 Hz下调至41 Hz,并对调频期间安全技术方案进行设计。通过总回风巷刷扩以及主要通风机调频,矿井总回风量由6057m;/min增至6604 m;/min,负压1055 Pa降至910 Pa,取得较好效果。The bottom section of the return air shaft of the main return air shaft of Jinrui Mine has the problem of small roadway section and excessive wind speed,which restricts the mine ventilation to a certain extent.Since the bottom section of the return air lane is a small coal kiln gutang roadway,the gas discharge plan and roadway support plan are designed to ensure the safety of brush expansion;to reduce the energy consumption of the ventilation system,the operating frequency of the main ventilation fan on the ground is lowered from 43 Hz to 41 Hz,and the safety technology plan is designed during the frequency adjustment period.The total return air volume of the mine was increased from 6,057 m3/min to 6,604 m3/min,and the negative pressure decreased from 1,055 Pa to 910 Pa,achieving good results.
