摘 要:针对选煤厂浮选自动化程度低、药剂消耗量大以及作业人员劳动强度高等问题,提出对浮选系统进行智能化升级改造。在浮选环节中增加传感器对入料浓度、流量等进行监测,并通过智能控制系统自动调价浮选机药剂添加量,从而实现浮选加药环节智能控制。经现场实际应用表明,浮选智能控制系统可明显提高浮选智能化程度,降低浮选药剂添加量,预计每月可多回收精煤约420 t、创造效益约38万元。Based on the analysis of the flotation process of coal processing plant,the intelligent upgrading of flotation system is proposed to address the problems of low automation,high consumption of chemicals and high labor intensity of operators.In the flotation process,sensors are added to monitor the feed concentration and flow rate,and the flotation dosing process is intelligently controlled through an intelligent control system that automatically adjusts the dosing amount of the flotation machine.The actual situation show that the flotation intelligent control system can obviously improve the flotation intelligence and reduce the amount of adding flotation chemicals,and it is expected to recover about 420 t more refined coal per month and create benefits of about 380,000/month.
