摘　　要：综采设备是煤炭开采过程中应用最主要的机械设备,其长期处于煤矿井下恶劣的环境中。为了设备的使用稳定性,减少停机对生产带来的严重影响,设计了以西门子S7-1214C型的PLC为核心的综采设备状态监测系统,利用上位机实现对井下综采设备的状态监测。该系统能够有效减少井下工作人员的劳动强度,保证综采设备能够高效、稳定的运行,提升煤炭开采的综合效率。The comprehensive mining equipment is the most important mechanical equipment used in the coal mining process,due to the long-term underground coal mine in the harsh environment,in order to use the stability of the equipment,reduce the serious impact of downtime on production,therefore,the design of the Siemens S7-1214C PLC as the core of the comprehensive mining equipment status monitoring system,the use of the host computer to achieve the status monitoring of the underground comprehensive mining equipment The system can effectively reduce the labor intensity of underground staff,ensure the comprehensive mining equipment can operate stably under high,and improve the comprehensive efficiency of coal mining.
