国内外露天开采机械单斗挖机对比研究分析

摘　　要：通过对某矿露天开采机械化设备进行研究分析,发现我国露天开采设备基本依赖于国外引进,自主研发设备数量极少且应用仅围绕着辅助开采、辅助运输等方面。通过对单斗挖机国内外研制情况的比较发现,在单斗容量、功率等方面都有着显著差别。根据该现象可以明显看出,在设备使用方面我国很容易受到国外制约,提高机械化设备的研发力度及效率极为关键。Through the study and analysis of the mechanized equipment for surface mining in a mine,it is found that China’s surface equipment basically relies on foreign imports,and the number of self-developed equipment is very small and the applications only revolve around auxiliary mining and auxiliary transportation.A comparison of domestic and foreign development of single bucket excavators shows that there are significant differences in single bucket capacity,power and other aspects.Based on this phenomenon,it is clear that China is vulnerable to foreign constraints in the use of equipment,and it is crucial to improve the development and efficiency of mechanized equipment.
