摘　　要：为保障隔爆型潜水排沙电泵的正常连续稳定运行,基于晋能控股煤业集团马脊梁矿所用的隔爆型潜水排沙电泵为研究对象,分析了该类电泵在日常应用中常见的故障问题及故障原因,总结了常见故障维修措施,并对维修结果进行了试验验证,取得了较好的维修成效。该研究可为该类电泵的日常维修工作提供参考。In order to ensure the normal continuous and stable operation of the explosion-proof submersible sand drainage electric pump,based on the application of explosion-proof submersible sand drainage electric pump used in Ma Ji Liang Mine of Jineng Holding Coal Industry Group as an example,the common failure problems and causes of failure in the daily application of this type of electric pump were analyzed,the common failure repair measures were summarized,and the repair results were tested and verified,and good repair results were achieved.The study can provide reference for the daily maintenance work of this type of electric pump.
