摘  要:Organic solar cells(OSCs),based on a blend active layer of a ptype organic semiconductor as donor and an n-type organic semiconductor as acceptor,have attracted great attention due to their advantages of simple device structure,light weight and mechanical flexibility.Power conversion efficiency(PCE)of the OSCs is increasing quickly in recent years,mainly benefitted from the development of narrow bandgap and deep absorbing A-DA’D-A structured small molecule acceptors(SMAs)[1–3]and the wide bandgap conjugated polymer donors[4–6].
