摘 要:目的:探讨体育锻炼对大学生负性情绪的影响以及自我效能感的中介作用,为全面提升和优化大学生心理健康提供实证参考与理论依据。方法:采用整群随机抽样法,选取四川省4所大学的673名大学生为调查对象,采用体育锻炼等级量表(PARS-3)、负性情绪量表(PANAS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)进行问卷调查。结果:不同性别和年级大学生的体育锻炼、负性情绪得分具有显著性差异。负性情绪与体育锻炼、自我效能感均呈负相关(r=-0.56,-0.64;P<0.01),体育锻炼与自我效能感呈正相关(r=0.70,P<0.01);体育锻炼显著负向预测负性情绪、显著正向预测自我效能感(P<0.01);自我效能感起部分中介效应,中介效应数值及占比为-0.40(62.24%)。结论:加强对大学生群体日常性体育锻炼参与度,有助于提高个体自我效能感水平,增强自信心,可以在一定程度上缓解和抑制负性情绪表达。Objective:To exam the influence of physical exercise on college students’negative emotions,and the mediating effect of self-efficacy,which contributes to the improvement and optimization of college students’mental health in terms of both empirical and theoretical foundations.Methods:The cluster random sampling method was adopted as the sampling method.The Physical Exercise Rating Scale(PARS-3),Negative Emotion Scale(PANAS),and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)were used to investigate 673 college students from 4 universities in Sichuan Province.Results:There were significant differences in physical exercise and negative emotion scores between students of different genders and grades.Negative emotions were negatively correlated with physical exercise and self-efficacy(r=-0.56,-0.64;P<0.01).Physical exercise was positively correlated with self-efficacy(r=0.70,P<0.01).Physical exercise significantly negatively predicted negative emotions,and significantly positively predicted self-efficacy(P<0.01).Self-efficacy played the mediating effect,and the value(proportion)of mediating effect was-0.40(62.24%).Conclusion:Increasing participation in physical exercises can facilitate college students to improve their level of individual self-efficacy,enhance their self-confidence,and alleviate and inhibit negative emotion expression.
