浅谈手术机器人发展现状及我国人才需求预测

摘　　要：本文首先阐述手术机器人行业分类及发展现状;其次基于我国现阶段手术机器人人才现状及灰色预测模型,预测未来4年人才缺口;最后提出医疗机器人与医工融合技术未来发展趋势。This paper firstly summarizes the classification and development status of the surgical robot industry;secondly,based on the current situation of surgical robot talents in my country and the grey prediction model,it predicts the talent gap in the next 4 years;finally,the future development trend of medical robots and medical-engineering integration technology is proposed.
