摘  要:针对钻井电气设备自动化变频调速方法可靠性差、维护性能低的问题,提出了应用PLC的钻井电气设备自动化变频调速方法。基于PLC的特性分析构建了PLC控制系统;设置1个双馈调速装置,将其应用到PLC控制系统中,以实现对钻井电气设备转矩的调节;将PLC控制系统优化成1个双闭环控制系统,利用前馈技术消除变频调速时带给钻井电气设备的静差,从而实现钻井电气设备自动化变频调速。通过对该方法进行可靠性分析测试、维护性能测试,验证了该方法具有更高的稳定性和更强的安全性。At present,the automatic frequency conversion speed regulation method of drilling electrical equipment has the problems of poor reliability and low maintenance performance.Therefore,the automatic frequency conversion speed regulation method of drilling electrical equipment based on PLC was proposed.Based on the characteristic analysis of PLC,the PLC control system was constructed;a doubly fed speed regulating device was set and applied to the PLC control system to adjust the torque of drilling electrical equipment;the PLC control system was optimized into a double closed-loop control system,and the feedforward technology was used to eliminate the static error of drilling electrical equipment caused by frequency conversion speed regulation,so as to realize the automatic frequency conversion speed regulation of drilling electrical equipment.Through the reliability analysis and maintenance performance test of this method,it was verified that this method has higher stability and stronger security.
