摘 要:由于国家对煤层资源的大量需求,需要不断加大对煤矿的开采力度。为了提高采煤机的工作效率和安全性,对特殊煤层地质条件下的采煤机进行了设计,提出了单刀头采煤机开采煤炭的设计思路。以采煤机单刀头开采过程为研究工况,分析了单刀头设计的合理化以及对开采煤炭产量的影响,并进行了仿真分析。通过工程实践得出,单刀头开采与原开采方式相比,在煤层开采成本方面更具有优势,研究为矿井机械装备升级提供了重要参考。Due to the large demand for coal seam resources in the country,it was necessary to continuously increase the mining intensity of coal mines.In order to improve the working efficiency and safety of the shearer,the shearer under the special coal seam geological conditions was designed,and the design idea of the single-head shearer for coal mining was proposed.Taking the mining process of the single cutter head of the shearer as the research condition,the rationalization of the design of the single cutter head and the influence on the output of mining coal were analyzed,and the simulation analysis was carried out.Through engineering practice,it was concluded that single-head mining has more advantages in coal seam mining cost compared with the original mining method,and the research provided an important reference for the upgrading of mine machinery and equipment.
