摘  要:以DJDK-1型电力电子技术及电机控制实验装置为基础,在调速实验台上构建三相异步电动机的变频调速系统,并运用PLC控制变频器和三相异步电动机的外围电路;通过旋转编码器把速度反馈信号引至变频器,变频器采用矢量控制策略,从而构成一个闭环的变频调速系统。此外,通过PLC与上位机的通信,该监控系统的运行有效地提高了系统的安全可靠性。Based on the DJDK-1 power electronic technology and motor control experimental device,a variable frequency speed regulation system of three-phase asynchronous motor was constructed on the speed regulation experimental bench,and PLC was used to control the frequency converter and the peripheral circuit of the three-phase asynchronous motor;The encoder led the speed feedback signal to the inverter,and the inverter adopted the vector control strategy to form a closed-loop variable frequency speed regulation system.In addition,through the communication between the PLC and the host computer,the operation of the monitoring system effectively improved the safety and reliability of the system.
