数字转型背景下的创新扩散:理论演化、研究热点、创新方法研究——基于知识图谱视角

摘　　要：数字技术变革引发的创新创业浪潮,直接推动了数字产业化和产业数字化转型进程。对数字转型新情境下的创新扩散理论发展进行系统研判,有助于深刻理解创新过程的变革从而持续推进数字化创新价值的全面实现。通过研究创新扩散研究的源起与概念,运用科学知识图谱方法和文献分析法对2000—2020年创新扩散研究的发展脉络进行科学计量分析,系统性梳理与对比国内外代表性文献,从研究现状分布、理论演化脉络、研究热点聚焦三个角度围绕创新扩散在数字转型背景下的研究内涵拓展、研究框架演进、应用情境迁移与创新方法进行研究,提炼出整合式理论分析框架。研究发现:第一,创新扩散理论研究范式正在发生转变,跨学科交叉研究日益增多,在数字转型背景下创新扩散领域的研究分布情况由国内外高度一致的知识基础向多元分散的本土化研究转变。第二,从数字转型背景下创新扩散的研究脉络来看,创新的概念内涵边界由技术属性向社会属性流动,创新要素的数字化属性增强,创新主体的协同机制与组织环境的数字化、平台化、网络生态化趋势明显;研究主线逐步清晰,研究发展动态趋向于数字转型影响下复杂社会网络交互下对创新采纳决策的影响。第三,研究热点聚焦于创新扩散的数字化影响因素研究、网络化动力机制研究、数字创新采纳决策研究与创新扩散模型与仿真研究,研究方法更倾向于采用计算机模拟仿真方法来刻画创新扩散的路径与机理,神经网络、深度学习、大数据与云计算在创新扩散模型研究中已有初步应用。The wave of innovation and entrepreneurship triggered by the reform of digital technology has directly promoted the process of digital industrialization and industrial digital transformation.In the context of digital transformation,innovation logic is undergoing subversive changes.Systematically studying and judging the development of innovation diffusion theory under the new situation is helpful to deeply understand the changes in the innovation process,so as to continuously promote the full realization of the value of digital innovation.On the basis of explaining the origin and concept of innovation diffusion research,this study makes a scientific econometric analysis of the development background of innovation diffusion research from 2000 to 2020 by using scientific knowledge atlas and literature analysis method.Furthermore,the study systematically combs and compares the representative literatures at home and abroad,and focuses on the current situation and distribution of innovation diffusion research at home and abroad under the background of digital transformation.In addition,a complete theoretical analysis framework is refined based on the research connotation expansion,research framework evolution,application context transfer and innovation method of innovation diffusion under the background of digital transformation.The results show that:first,under the background of digital transformation,the research paradigm of innovation diffusion theory has changed,interdisciplinary research has increased,and research distribution has changed from highly consistent knowledge base at home and abroad to diversified and decentralized localized research.Chinese scholars have also made outstanding contributions to the development of innovation diffusion theory,but there is still a certain gap with foreign scholars,and there is a lack of influential pioneering literature.Secondly,from the perspective of the research context of innovation diffusion in the context of digital transformation,the boundary of innovation concept
