摘 要:本文制备了薄荷醇糖苷-β-环糊精包合物(MG/β-CD),并对热释放进行了研究。采用Koenigs-Knorr法制备薄荷醇糖苷(MG),将其包裹于β-环糊精(β-CD)中,利用核磁共振确定了薄荷醇糖苷结构,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)研究其包合效应,进一步应用热重分析和差示扫描量热法(TG/DSC)、离线热释放罐(off-line thermolysis)/气相色谱质谱(OLT/GC-MS)法对其的热稳定性进行研究,于200℃、225℃和250℃研究了其温控释放性能。最后,成功制备了MG/β-CD,TG/DSC表明MG/β-CD的热重变化范围为305~360℃,热稳定性较薄荷醇增加,OLT/GC-MS表明MG/β-CD于300℃附近释放的主成分为薄荷醇。温控释放表明,控温可有效控制薄荷醇的释放速率,其最合适的释放模型为weibull,释放为Fickian自由扩散与Case II transport联合机制。以上研究表明MG/β-CD在食品和烟草等热加工领域具有潜在的应用前景。In this paper,the inclusion complex ofβ-cyclodextrin with menthyl-β-D-glycoside(MG/β-CD)was prepared and the thermal property,as well as thermogravimetric,released product and releasing model were studied.The menthol glycoside(MG)was synthesized by using of Koenigs-Knorr method.Furthermore,MG/β-CD was prepared by using the saturated solution.The structure of MG was detected by nuclear magnetic resonance,and its inclusion was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).Then,thermostability was studied by thermogravimetric analysis,differential scanning calorimetry(TG/DSC)and off-line thermolysis coupled with gas chromatography mass spectrometry(OLT/GC-MS).Finally,releasing model was established at 200℃,225℃and 250℃.Compared with menthol,it was found that an increase in the stability of the MG/β-CD was prepared successfully.TG/DSC showed that the thermogravimetric of MG/β-CD was in the range of 305~360℃.The main release component of MG/β-CD was menthol by using OLT/GC-MS which consistented with the TG/DSC.Temperature controlled release demonstrated that release rate of menthol could be adjusted by temperature,and optimization release model was Weibull.It was fit with combined mechanism of Fickian diffusion and case II transport.These results indicated that MG/β-CD release system had great potential in the hot working process,such as food and tobacco.
