摘  要:汞离子生物累积性强,难降解,对人体及环境具有极大危害,因此及时、快速、准确地检测汞离子有重要意义。基于汞离子对合成的三角形银纳米片的高选择性保护作用,我们构建了一种高性能汞离子光热传感器。当汞离子存在时,它能够和三角形银纳米片形成银-汞合金,该合金可以有效保护三角形银纳米片,避免其被碘离子刻蚀;而常见的其他金属离子和染料分子不能够阻止三角形银纳米片被碘离子刻蚀,从而三角形银纳米片在808 nm处的等离激元特征峰会发生蓝移。随着汞离子浓度的增加,三角形银纳米片就被保护得越好,则会产生更强的光热效应。基于该机理构建的光热传感器已成功地用于污水中汞离子的高灵敏检测,检出限为50 nmol·L^(-1),线性范围为80 nmol·L^(-1)~2.0μmol·L^(-1)。该传感器还具有选择性好、响应快、成本低、便携、操作简便以及无需大型贵重仪器等优点。Mercury ions have the characteristics of strong bioaccumulation and unnatural degradation,which are extremely harmful to human body and environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to rapidly and accurately detect mercury ions in time.In this work,triangular silver nanoplates have been utilized for high-performance photothermal sensing of mercury ions based on their highly selective protection for these nanoplates.In the presence of mercury ions,it can form Ag-Hg alloy with triangular silver nanoplates,the resulting alloy can efficiently prevent the etching by iodine ions.While the other conventional metal ions and dyes cannot carry out the protection performance,resulting in the blue shift of plasmon characteristic peak for silver nanoplates at 808 nm.With the concentration of mercury ions increasing,the silver nanoplates can be protected better,resulting in the enhanced photothermal effect at 808 nm.Based on this working mechanism,the as-designed photothermal sensor has been successfully utilized for the highly sensitive measurement of mercury ions in a waste water sample.The dynamic linear range is 80 nmol·L^(-1)~2.0μmol·L^(-1) with the detection limit of 50 nmol·L^(-1).Additionally,the photothermal sensor has good performance in excellent selectivity,rapid response,low cost,portability,easy operation,and no demand for large and expensive instruments.
