摘　　要：为推动装配式混凝土建筑高质量发展,对装配式混凝土建筑的应用现状、存在问题及国家政策进行分析,提出装配式混凝土建筑在理论探索及应用研究时,需首先思考其高质量发展路径,其宏观研发思路需契合智能建造发展方向、符合“双碳”目标要求、满足人民美好生活的需要;并基于该观点对所研发的新型装配式混凝土结构体系设计思路进行探讨,供业界进一步研究。To promote the high-quality development of precast concrete buildings,analyzes the application,existing problems and policies of precast concrete buildings,and puts forward views that the high-quality development path should be considered in the theoretical exploration and application research.In addition,the macro view of research and development needs to be consistent with the development direction of intelligent construction,meet the requirements of“double carbon”goals and the needs of people’s better lives,and expounds the design concept of the new precast concrete structural system for further study and discussion.
