摘　　要：FBCDZ№24型矿用防爆对旋轴流式通风机具有气动性能好、能耗比高、结构简单的特点,对风量变化小、阻力变化大的矿井有更强的综合适用性。灵石某矿由于产能提升将更换新型通风机,通过理论计算得出,FBCDZ型通风机可以满足矿井需风量3 819.5 m^(3)/min的要求。经实际使用后,各用风地点及采区实现了独立通风,井巷中风流速度、温湿度、有毒有害气体浓度等均符合《煤矿安全规程》规定。The FBCDZ No.24 explosion-proof counter-rotating axial flow ventilator for mines has good pneumatic performance,high energy consumption ratio and simple structure,and has stronger comprehensive applicability to mines with small changes in air volume and large changes in resistance.A mine in Lingshi will be replacing the new fan due to the increase in production capacity.Theoretical calculations show that the FBCDZ fan can meet the mine's air demand of 3,819.5 m3/min.After the actual use,each wind location and mining area has been independently ventilated,and the air flow rate,temperature and humidity,and concentration of toxic'and harmful gases in the shaft are in accordance with the provisions of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations.
