摘 要:为提高采煤机的生产效率,降低采煤机的故障率,结合其在实际生产中滚筒所承受的动态载荷对采煤机结构参数及工艺进行优化;基于Pro/E三维模型和EDEM分析软件建立采煤机斜切工况的离散元模型,验证了模型的可行性,并重点对采煤机在截割含矸煤壁和全煤壁时截割部滚筒所承受的载荷进行对比。结果表明:采煤机截割全煤壁时所承受的合力约为截割含矸煤壁合力的20%,所得到仿真结论具有较大的理论和实践意义。In order to improve the production efficiency of coal mining machine and reduce the failure rate of coal mining machine, the structural parameters and process of coal mining machine are optimized by combining the dynamic load on the drum in the actual production;the discrete element model of coal mining machine slant cutting condition is established based on Pro/E 3D model and EDEM analysis software, and the feasibility of the model is verified. The results show that the combined force of the coal miner cutting the full coal wall is about 20% of the combined force of the coal miner cutting the gangue wall, and the simulation conclusions obtained have greater theoretical and practical significance.
