摘 要:针对传统的重介质旋流器煤泥分选方法中工艺参数设置仍不科学,未发挥重介质旋流器煤泥分选方法最大分选效果的问题,提出了采用正交试验的方法对重介质旋流器煤泥分选工艺参数进行针对性研究。通过对重介质旋流器煤泥分选原理分析、分选效果影响参数分析、正交试验整体设计及试验结果分析完成了重介质旋流器的参数优化。结果表明,重介质旋流器参数最佳因素水平组合方案为入料压力k_(3)DP、入料密度1.25 kg/L、入料磁性物含量50%、圆柱段长度322mm。In view of the problem that the setting of process parameters in the traditional heavy-media cyclone coal slurry sorting method is still unscientific and the maximum sorting effect of the heavy-media cyclone coal slurry sorting method has not been brought into play, a targeted study on the process parameters of the heavy-media cyclone coal slurry sorting using the method of orthogonal test is proposed.The optimization of the parameters of the heavy media cyclone was completed through the analysis of the principle of coal slurry separation by the heavy media cyclone, the analysis of the parameters affecting the separation effect, the overall design of the orthogonal test and the analysis of the test results. The results show that the optimum combination of factors for the heavy media cyclone parameters is k3DP feed pressure, 1.25 kg/L feed density, 50% feed magnetic content and 322 mm cylindrical section length.
