摘 要:液压支架电液控制系统是实现综采工作面机电设备自动化控制的关键一环,针对ZDYZ型液压支架电液控制系统故障频率较大、故障处置难度较大的问题.对电液控制系统原理及故障处置现状进行分析,对电液控制系统故障因素进行分类,进而提出液压系统故障及电气系统故障的排除技术。该技术对于实现ZDYZ型液压支架电液控制系统的故障诊断及快速处置具有较现实的指导作用。The electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support is a key link to realize the automatic control of electromechanical equipment on the comprehensive mining working face.
