雅店选煤厂运输系统改造设计及应用

摘　　要：针对雅店煤矿选煤厂扩建改造需求,选煤厂洗选能力由1 000 t/h扩大到1 500 t/h,与选煤厂洗选能力相适应的原煤运输量、矸石运输量和产品煤运输量也同步增加。根据选煤厂洗选能力设计要求,给出了201动筛皮带机、301入厂皮带机、901矸石皮带机改造方案,并对701、702、703三台产品皮带机的能力进行校核。结果表明,该改造方案,可保证选煤厂煤矸的运输需求,取得良好的应用效果。For the expansion and transformation demand of coal processing plant of Yadian coal mine,the washing capacity of coal processing plant is expanded from 1000 th to 1500 th,and the amount of raw coal transportation,gangue transportation and product coal transportation corresponding to coal processing plant is also increased simultaneously,the article gives the design of 201 dynamic screen belt machine,301 incoming belt machine and 901 gangue belt machine transformation plan according to the design requirement of coal processing plant washing capacity,and the 701,702,703 three products belt machine capacity for calibration,to ensure the coal processing plant coal gangue transport needs,and achieved good application results.
