摘 要:针对大型带式输送机“大马拉小车”、能源损耗严重、电能消耗巨大的问题,提出了运用变频控制技术进行节能优化分析。对大型带式输送机变频控制系统进行简要概述,采用双CPU冗余技术对PLC控制系统进行设计研究,经对比分析发现,变频器应选择交-直-交变频器,控制方法应选用直接转矩的方法。经系统测试后发现,系统运行平稳可靠,半年内未发生相关故障,能源损耗大幅度下降,年均可节省约295.8万元,达到了节能优化的.目的。In view of the phenomenon that large belt conveyors are"big horse-drawn and small car",with serious energy loss and huge power consumption,the method of using frequency conversion control technology is proposed for energy saving optimization analysis Through a brief overview of the large belt conveyor inverter control system,the PLC control system is designed and studied using thedual CPU redundancy technology,and acomparative analysis reveals that the inverter should beselected as an AC-DC inverter,and thecontrol method should be selected as adirect torque method.After thesystem test,itwasfound that thesystem operated smoothly andreliably,and no relevant faults occurred within six months,and the energy loss dropped significantly,saving about 2.958 million yuan on averageper year,which achieved thepurposeof energy-saving optimization.
