摘 要:针对传统液压支架不能有效应对顶板破碎或底板塌陷的问题,基于煤岩体识别技术,设计了一种智能化液压支架支护体系。该系统可控制和调整液压支架的支护工作阻力、支护强度、支护高度等支护参数,实践效果良好,较传统的液压支护系统提高了安全可靠性,为矿井的安全高效生产奠定基础。Inviewofthe problem that the traditional hydraulic bracketcan noteffectively copewiththetop plate crushingor bottom plate collapse,an intelligent hydraulic bracket support system is designed,which can control and adjust the hydraulic bracket support working resistance,support strength,support height and other support parameters for the problem of top plate crushing or bottom plate collapse during the mining operation of the comprehensive mining face.It has improved the safety and reliability compared with the traditional hydraulic support system,and laid the foundation for the safe and efficient production of themine.
