摘　　要：为提高选煤厂厢式隔膜压滤机的检修效率,分析了隔膜压榨的基本工作原理,介绍了厢式隔膜压滤机的结构和工作过程,以及噪声故障、电气故障、滤板故障、液压故障的表现形式,并给出了相应的应对措施。In order to improve the overhaul efficiency of the chamber type diaphragm filter press in coal processing plant, the basic working principle of the diaphragm press is analyzed, half of the structure and working process of the chamber type diaphragm filter press is given,as well as the manifestations and countermeasures of noise failure, electrical failure, filter plate failure and hydraulic failure. The working principle and fault phenomena are studied, and the corresponding countermeasures are given.
