摘　　要：针对某型进口柴油机带污水泵橡胶波纹管式机械密封渗漏、波纹管破裂失效问题,基于泵送介质杂质多泵体振动大、机械密封工作环境恶劣的实际工况,对故障机理进行分析,探讨机械密封结构设计与构件材质选取对密封性能的影响。研究结果表明,在影响因素中,橡胶波纹管传动扭矩能力、橡胶材质适应恶劣工况能力对柴油机带污水泵机械密封性能相关。经过改进设计后,新型机械密封能够完全适应柴油机带污水泵复杂工况环境。For a type of imported diesel engine with sewage pump rubber bellows type mechanical seal leakage, bellows rupture failure problem, based on pumping medium impurities, pump body vibration, mechanical seal working environment of the actual working conditions, the failure mechanism analysis, to explore the mechanical seal structure design and component material selection on the impact of sealing performance. The research results show that, among the influencing factors, the rubber bellows transmission torque capability and the rubber material’s ability to adapt to harsh working conditions are relevant to the mechanical seal performance of diesel engine with sewage pump. After the improved design, the new mechanical seal can fully adapt to the complex working conditions of the diesel engine with sewage pump.
