摘　　要：本文通过分析脏腑气机的升降功能,以及脏腑气机升降失常在哮喘发病中的作用,总结临床从脏腑气机升降论治儿童哮喘的经验。脏腑气机升降失常病机贯穿于儿童哮喘的始终,在治疗过程中以梳理气机,恢复宣降为治疗法则,运用升降散为基础方宣肺降气平喘,并根据脾胃、肝、肾气机升降失司的病机差异分别侧重于运脾化气、祛痰平喘,疏肝降气、息风平喘,固肾填精、纳气定喘,治疗时予枳术丸、柴胡疏肝散合平哮汤、防哮汤合方应用。By analyzing the ascending and descending functions of the visceral qi and the role of abnormal visceral qi in asthma,the clinical experience of treating children asthma from it is summarized. It is pointed out that the abnormal visceral qi runs through the children asthma. In the treatment,the treatment principle is combing the qi and restoring rise and fall,and Shengjiang Powder is used as the basis to diffuse the lung,descend qi and relieve asthma. According to the differences in pathogenesis caused by the abnormal visceral qi,such as spleen,liver and kidney,the treatment focuses on invigorating spleen,and eliminating phlegm,soothing the liver,lowering qi and dispelling wind,strengthening the kidney,filling essence,absorbing qi and relieving asthma,and adding Zhizhu Pills,Chaihu Shugan Powder and Pingxiao Decoction and Fangxiao Decoction to make the treatment biased.
