货运驾驶人交通安全精准化宣传教育路径及方法研究

摘　　要：精准化宣教是社会精细化治理的必然要求,借助数字技术能够优化现有宣教模式,提升宣教质量。近年来,货车交通事故相对高发且后果较为严重,宣传教育是提升货运驾驶人安全意识和驾驶行为安全性、预防和减少货车交通事故的有效手段。本文针对当前货运驾驶人的交通安全宣传教育内容针对性不强、精准性不够、有效性难以评估等方面问题,研究提出了货运驾驶人交通安全精准化宣传教育路径及方法,并以杭州交警对货运驾驶人开展精准化宣教的实例进行验证。本研究可为相关部门开展货运驾驶人交通安全精准化宣传教育工作提供理论方法和实践应用参考。Precise mission and education is an inevitable requirement of refined social governance.With the help of digital technology,the existing mission and education model can be optimized and the quality of mission and education can be improved.In recent years,truck traffic accidents are relatively high and the consequences are relatively serious.Publicity and education are effective means to improve the safety awareness of truck drivers and the safety of driving behavior,and to prevent and reduce truck traffic accidents.Aiming at the problems of the current traffic safety publicity and education content of freight drivers,the content is not targeted,the accuracy is not enough,and the effectiveness is difficult to evaluate.The examples of cargo drivers carrying out precise propaganda and education are verified.This research can provide theoretical methods and practical application references for relevant departments to carry out the accurate publicity and education of freight driver traffic safety.
