摘  要:直角突变式钢吊车梁的变截面部位易发生疲劳破坏。为准确评估吊车梁的疲劳性能,采用基于线弹性断裂力学的Paris公式进行三维裂纹扩展数值模拟,研究其裂纹扩展特性和疲劳寿命,并验证该方法的可行性。根据吊车梁变截面部位T形角焊缝破坏特点,给出了合理初始裂纹深度和形状取值。系统地分析了端部加劲肋距变截面距离、支座处截面高度、下翼缘连接长度、端封板厚度和插入板厚度等因素对变截面部位裂纹扩展和疲劳性能的影响规律,得到了主要影响参数的建议取值范围,可为类似工程设计提供参考依据。The variable section part of a right angle mutation type steel crane runway girder is prone to fatigue failure.In order to accurately evaluate the fatigue behavior of the crane runway girder,a three-dimensional numerical simulation on crack growth was carried out by using the Paris formula based on linear elastic fracture mechanics.The crack growth characteristics and fatigue life were analysed and the feasibility of the method was verified.According to the failure characteristics of the T-shaped fillet weld seam in the crane runway girder with variable section,reasonable values of crack depth and shape in initial state were given.The effects of the spacing between end stiffening rib and variable cross section,height of support cross section,length of bottom flange connection,thickness of end seal plate and insertion plate on the crack growth and fatigue strength at variable cross section were comprehensively analyzed.The recommended ranges of main influencing parameters were proposed,which provide a reference basis for similar engineering design.
