摘　　要：建筑基底电梯井、集水坑开挖遇流沙情况的处理一直是困扰土建施工的一个技术难点和过程质量控制重点。论文介绍了一种建筑基底电梯井、集水坑开挖流沙处理新技术,该技术从根本上改变了传统流沙处理方法需要砌筑砖胎膜或混凝土挡墙,设置浅井,在基础垫层、防水层、防水保护层及基础底板上预留孔洞,在浅井上面埋设防水钢套管,并在防水钢套管内安装潜水泵抽水的繁冗做法。整个流沙处理过程及降水维护期间,基础底板钢筋绑扎、混凝土施工等土建工序不受任何影响可正常进行,避免了传统流沙处理方法对基础底板混凝土质量和防水效果带来的弊端和隐患,提高了劳动生产效率,也减少了流沙处理过程中人、机、料及时间的投入,技术经济效果显著,值得类似工程参考,具有良好的推广价值。The treatment of quicksand encountered in the excavation of building basement elevator shaft and sump has always been a technical difficulty and process quality control focus in civil construction.This paper introduces a new technology of quicksand treatment for excavation of elevator shaft and sump in building basement,this technology fundamentally changes the tedious practice of the traditional quicksand treatment method,which requires building brick membrane or concrete retaining wall,setting shallow well,reserving holes on the foundation cushion,waterproof layer,waterproof protective layer and base plate,embedding waterproof steel casing on the shallow well,and installing submersible pump in the waterproof steel casing to pump water.During the whole process of quicksand treatment and dewatering maintenance,the foundation slab reinforcement binding,concrete construction and other civil engineering processes are not affected and can be carried out normally,it avoids the disadvantages and hidden dangers that the traditional quicksand treatment method may bring to the foundation slab concrete quality and waterproof effect,improves the labor production efficiency,and reduces the investment of people,machines,materials and time in the process of quicksand treatment.The technical and economic effect is remarkable,which is worthy of reference and application in similar projects,and has good promotion value.
