摘 要:混凝土裂缝作为钢筋混凝土结构中普遍存在的病害形式,是反映结构健康状态、评估工程质量的关键性指标之一。对混凝土裂缝定期监测,收集病害信息并及时检修能有效避免灾害事故的发生。论文提出了一种基于机器视觉的建筑结构裂缝病害在线监测系统,使用图像传感器获取裂缝图片后上传至系统,系统会将裂缝的身份信息与云端数据库进行互联并单独绑定,自动完成该裂缝测点的位置信息与裂缝标识身份信息归属,同时计算其裂缝宽度。裂缝监测现场试验表明,该系统可以实现高精度、高效率低成本的裂缝病害诊断,大大降低裂缝检测工作的成本。As a common disease form in reinforced concrete structures,concrete cracks are one of the key indicators that reflect the health of the structure and evaluate the quality of the project.Regular monitoring of concrete cracks,collection of disease information and timely maintenance can effectively avoid disaster accidents.This paper proposes an online monitoring system for cracks in building structures based on machine vision,which uses image sensors to obtain crack pictures and uploads them to the system.The system will interconnect and bind the identity information of the cracks with the cloud database,and automatically complete the cracks.The location information of the measuring point and the identity information of the crack identification are attributable,and the crack width is calculated at the same time.The field test of crack monitoring shows that the system can realize high-precision,high-efficiency and low-cost crack disease diagnosis,which greatly reduces the cost of crack detection.
