摘 要:针对预制混凝土梁在施工荷载条件下的工况,现场采用三分点集中力加载方式模拟均布荷载作用下的结构性能试验,得到预制混凝土梁在测点处的荷载—挠度曲线。借助有限元分析软件ABAQUS,进行仿真数值模拟分析,并与试验结果进行对比验证。分析结果表明:预制混凝土梁的挠度实测值、裂缝发展情况与有限元模拟结果有较好的吻合度;预制混凝土梁在施工荷载作用下其承载力完全满足规范检验要求。基于预制混凝土梁具有较好的工作状态,为其在工业化生产和施工方面提供理论技术支撑。According to the working condition of precast concrete beam under construction load,the three-point concentrated force loading method is adopted to simulate the structural performance test under uniform load,and the load deflection curve of precast concrete beam at the measuring point is obtained.With the help of finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the numerical simulation analysis is carried out and compared with the experimental results.The results show that the measured deflection and crack development of precast concrete beams are in good agreement with the finite element simulation results;the bearing capacity of precast concrete beams under construction load can fully meet the requirements of the code.Based on the good working condition of precast concrete beam,it provides theoretical and technical support for its industrial production and construction.
