摘 要:高层建筑塔式起重机平面布置方案设计中,由于施工组织方案设计者经验不足、考虑不周,方案审查不严谨等原因,导致施工总平面布置设计中,塔式起重机布置设计单一,未充分考虑塔式起重机在高层建筑使用中安装附着杆件的技术要求,造成塔式起重机在楼层升高后,塔身在安装附着杆件时附着杆件与建筑结构夹角较大,超出塔机附着杆可靠受力角度范围的要求,存在安全隐患。若不采取措施确保塔机附着杆件受力的稳定可靠,盲目施工将造成塔式起重机倾倒事故的发生。因此,如何安全有效地处理此类问题值得深入探讨和研究。In the design of tower crane in high-rise buildings,the construction organization scheme design is insufficient experience,insufficient consideration,scheme review is not rigorous reasons,resulting in the general layout design.tower crane layout design considers a single construction coverage,not fully considered the technical requirements of tower crane in the use of high-rise buildings.After the tower crane rises,the angle between the tower rod and the tower structure increases the tower body,which exceeds the requirements of the reliable force.Angle of the attachment rod of the tower machine,and there are safety risks.If no measures ae taken to ensure the stable and reliable force of the tower attachment rod members,the blind construction will cause the dumping accident of the tower crane.Therefore,how to deal with such problems safely and effectively is worth our discussion and study.
