建立骨舒乳膏中栀子苷和黄芩苷的含量测定方法

摘　　要：目的建立骨舒乳膏中栀子苷和黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为月旭Ultimate LP-C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸(B),梯度洗脱;检测波长为240 nm;流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1);柱温为35℃;进样量为20μL。结果栀子苷在3.94~196.96μg·mL^(-1)(r^(2)=0.9999)、黄芩苷在5.80~289.83μg·mL^(-1)(r^(2)=1.0000)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为102.1%和101.6%。结论该方法操作简单,结果准确,重现性好,可以同时测定骨舒乳膏中栀子苷和黄芩苷的含量,用于质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of geniposide and baicalin in GuShu cream.METHODS Optimized chromatographic conditions were as follows:Yuexu Ultimate LP-C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),acetonitrile as mobile phase A and 0.1%aqueous phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase B by gradient elution,flow rate 1.0 mL·min^(-1),column temperature 35℃,injection volume 20μL.The detection wavelength was set as 240 nm.RESULTS The results showed that geniposide had a good linear relationship in the range of 3.94 to 196.96μg·mL^(-1)(r^(2)=0.9999),and baicalin had a good linear relationship in the range of 5.80 to 289.83μg·mL^(-1)(r^(2)=1.0000).The average recovery rates were 102.1%and 101.6%,respectively.CONCLUSION The method was simple,accurate,reproducible and could determine the contents of geniposide and baicalin in GuShu cream for quality control.
