摘　　要：目的探讨可乐定透皮贴治疗中重度抽动障碍(tic disorder,TD)共患注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)儿童的近期疗效。方法将36例中重度TD共患ADHD儿童作为研究对象,在药物治疗前和治疗后12周,采用耶鲁抽动障碍整体严重程度量表(YGTSS)和Conners父母症状问卷(PSQ),对治疗前后的各量表变化值进行疗效评价。结果治疗后儿童YGTSS、PSQ各因子评分和YGTSS总分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论可乐定透皮贴治疗可以缓解TD儿童的抽动症状和ADHD的核心症状,可作为推荐治疗药物。OBJECTIVE To investigate the short-term efficacy of clonidine transdermal patch in the treatment of children with moderate-to-severe tic disorder(TD)and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).METHODS 36 children with moderate-to-severe TD comorbid ADHD were recruited in the study.Treated with clonidine transdermal patch for 12 weeks,the children were evaluated by Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)and Conners parent symptom questionnaire(PSQ).The scores were compared before and after treatment.RESULTS The scores of each factor of YGTSS,PSQ and the total scores of YGTSS of children posttreatment were decreased than those prior treatment(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Clonidine transdermal patch could relieve the tic symptoms and core symptoms of ADHD in children with TD,and it could be used as the recommended drug treatment.
