摘　　要：目的通过对妊娠期急性脂肪肝患者提供药学服务,探讨临床药师如何在临床诊疗中发挥作用。方法通过参与1例妊娠期急性脂肪肝患者在ICU期间的诊疗过程,根据患者病情变化及查阅疾病相关指南和文献,从治疗药物的选择和调整、用药剂量准确性、药物不良反应的监测和预防、用药禁忌提醒、给药时注意事项等方面实施全程药学监护,提出药学建议。结果病情好转,未见明显不良反应发生。结论临床药师充分发挥专业优势,保证患者用药安全有效。OBJECTIVE To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in clinical diagnosis and treatment by providing pharmaceutical care to patients with acute fatty liver of pregnancy.METHODS Clinical pharmacists by participating in a case of a patient during pregnancy in ICU with acute fatty liver of pregnancy of the whole treatment,according to the change of patient′s condition and disease related guidelines and documents,from the drug selection and dosage accuracy,monitoring and prevention of adverse drug reactions,precautions for taking medicine,implement whole-process pharmaceutical care and put forward pharmaceutical advice.RESULTS The patient′s condition improved and no obvious reactions occurred.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists give full play to their professional advantages to ensure safe and effective medication for patients.
