磷霉素氨丁三醇散预防包皮环切术后感染的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨磷霉素氨丁三醇散预防包皮龟头炎患者包皮环切术后感染的临床疗效。方法选取我院2021年5月到2021年10月收治的80例包皮龟头炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者均选择行使包皮环切术,将所有患者应用随机数字分组法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组术前应用头孢地尼分散片口服与生理盐水冲洗治疗,观察组术前在对照组基础上应用磷霉素氨丁三醇散进行治疗,3 d后行包皮环切术,对比两组患者术后疼痛程度、并发症情况以及切口愈合程度。结果术后7 d VAS评分明显低于治疗后5 d、3 d和治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后切口愈合程度为甲级的患者明显高于对照组,丙级患者明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对包皮龟头炎患者包皮环切术后应用磷霉素氨丁三醇散能够减轻患者术后疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率,促进切口愈合。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of fosfomycin aminobutyric triol powder in preventing infection after circumcision in patients with prepuce balanitis.METHODS 80 patients with prepuce balanitis treated in our hospital from May 2021 to November 2021 were selected as the research object.All patients chose circumcision.All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral cefdinir dispersible tablets and normal saline irrigation before operation,and the observation group was treated with fosfomycin aminobutanol powder on the basis of the control group before operation.Circumcision was performed three days later.The degree of postoperative pain,complications and wound healing of the two groups were compared.RESULTS The VAS scores of 7 days after operation was significantly lower than 5 days,3 days after treatment and before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The wound healing degree of Grade A patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and that of grade C patients was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The application of fosfomycin tromethamine powder after circumcision can reduce the degree of postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of complications such as incision infection,bleeding and edema,and promote incision healing.
