摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在抗精神病药恶性综合征患者治疗过程中的作用。方法通过抗精神病药恶性综合征的案例,介绍临床药师全程提供药学监护,协助医师制定相关治疗方案。结果临床药师的建议得到医师的采纳与认可,促进了患者病情的转归。结论临床药师为药源性疾病患者提供药学监护,能促进临床合理用药。OBJECTIVE To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of patients with Neurdeptics-induced malignant syndrome.METHODS Through the case of Neurdeptics-induced malignant syndrome,introduces clinical pharmacists to provide pharmaceutical care throughout the process and assist doctors to formulate relevant treatment plans.RESULTS The suggestions of clinical pharmacists were adopted and recognized by doctors,which promoted the prognosis of patients.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists provide pharmaceutical care for patients with drug-induced diseases,which can promote clinical rational drug use.
