摘　　要：目的通过对药物不良反应案例进行分析,评估其影响因素,为临床安全用药提供参考,减少和避免药物不良反应的发生。方法收集我院2018~2020年药品不良反应监测管理系统的数据,共2060例,对其进行回顾性分析。结果女性ADR发生比例高于男性,50岁以上患者易发生ADR,抗肿瘤药和抗感染药最容易引起ADR,ADR所致器官或系统损害主要在胃肠道系统。结论ADR与性别年龄,给药途径,药品类型,合理用药等因素有关,医务人员应加强监督与管理,提高临床合理用药,减少和避免药物不良反应的发生。OBJECTIVE Investigate the adverse drug reaction cases in our Hospital,assess their influence factors,in order to provide reference for safety of clinical medication,to reduce and avoid occurrence of the adverse drug reaction.METHODS Collectting 2060 reported and approved data in adverse reaction detection and management system from 2018 to 2020,in order to retrospective analyze the data.RESULTS The female adverse drug reaction cases are higher the males.The patients who are older than 50 years old prone to have adverse drug reactions.The most drug cases appear in the data are Antineoplastic and Anti-infective drugs.The main damaged organs by adverse drug reactions are gastrointestinal system.CONCLUSION The occurrences of the adverse drug reaction are related to the age and the gender of patients,administration route and drug types.The medical staff should strengthen supervision and management,in order to reduce and avoid occurrence of the adverse drug reaction.
