摘 要:随着基于HART总线技术的智能仪表在核电站的广泛应用,传统的设备巡检方式因其效率低下已经无法满足现代电厂对高效生产管理的需要。如何实现对核电现场设备进行智能化管理已经成为核电控制领域迫切需要解决的技术难题。针对HART智能仪表应用场景,提出了HART消息服务器的系统设计方法。通过分析HART协议机理以及资产管理解决方案AMS智能设备管理系统工作原理,设计了基于HART协议的消息服务器方案,并在国产第三代核电数字化仪控系统中完成了开发,实现了核电控制系统与AMS智能设备管理系统的无缝集成。这使得通过AMS智能设备管理系统对核电现场HART智能仪表进行在线组态配置和故障诊断得以实现,极大地提高了核电控制系统的可靠性和数字化水平。With the widespread use of HART bus technology-based smart meters in nuclear power plants,the traditional equipment inspection method has failed to meet the needs of modern power plants for efficient production management due to its low efficiency.How to realize the intelligent management of nuclear power field equipment has become an urgent technical problem in the field of nuclear power control.The system design method of HART message server is proposed for the application scenario of HART smart meters.By analyzing the mechanism of HART protocol and the working principle of asset management solutions(AMS)intelligent equipment management system,the HART protocol-based message server scheme is designed and developed in the digital instrumentation and control system of domestic third-generation nuclear power,which realizes the seamless integration of nuclear power control system and AMS intelligent equipment management system.This enables online configuration and fault diagnosis of HART smart instruments in nuclear power plants through the AMS intelligent device management system,which greatly improves the reliability and digitalization of nuclear power control systems.
