核电厂MSR液位共模故障的原因分析及优化措施

摘　　要：新型同轴式导波雷达液位计在核电厂汽水分离再热器(MSR)的应用过程中,受现场工艺环境、安装方式、运行操作等因素影响,多次发生共模故障,产生大量运行事件。结合运行事件背景对故障原因进行了分类研究,并进行了相应优化措施。具体措施为:针对测量筒反复泄漏导致液位波动的问题,对堵头安装方式及密封材料进行优化;针对导波杆产生凝结水导致虚假水位的问题,对机组冲转阶段的运行程序进行优化;针对高液位测量线性超差的问题,对导波杆的选型及安装方式进行优化;针对导波杆支撑件反复脆化的问题,对支撑件材料进行优化。某核电厂的运行实践表明,优化后液位计运行情况良好、故障现象大幅减少、运行及维修成本显著降低。该研究为后续新建机组及在役机组的MSR液位改造提供了有效参考。During the application of the new coaxial guided wave radar level meter in the steam separator of nuclear power plants,several common mode failures occurred,and many operational events are generated due to the influence of the site process environment,installation method and operation.The causes of the failures are classified and studied with the background of the operational events,and the corresponding optimization measures are carried out.The specific measures are:to optimize the installation method and sealing material of the plug for the problem of repeated leakage of the measuring cylinder leading to level fluctuation;to optimize the operation procedure of the unit during the ramp-up stage for the problem of false water level caused by condensation from the guide rod;to optimize the selection and installation method of the guide rod for the problem of poor linearity of high level measurement;and to optimize the material of the support member for the problem of repeated embrittlement of the support member of the guide rod.The operation practice of a nuclear power plant shows that the optimized level meter operates well,the failure phenomenon is significantly reduced,and the operation and maintenance costs are significantly lowered.The research provides an effective reference for the liquid level modification of subsequent new units and in-service units.
