摘　　要：目的建立快速筛查当归饮片及药材中掺假独活和掺假量的分析方法,为有效地监管、控制当归饮片及药材质量提供保障。方法建立当归中掺入独活的高效液相色谱分析方法,考察当归饮片及药材中掺假独活的掺假量与当归药材中掺假独活(蛇床子素)的相似度之间的关系,建立计算公式。即可计算出当归药材及饮片中掺假独活的掺假量。结果5批当归饮片中独活掺假量为4.4%、24.7%、46.1%、73.2%、85.1%。结论该方法实验操作简便,可在较短时间内完成样品的检测,对当归饮片及药材是否掺假独活及掺假量能够进行简单、快速准确的检验,为检测中药材及饮片掺假提供了一种全新的方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid method for screening the adulterated Radix Angelicae sinensis and the amount of adulterated Radix Angelica sinensis,so as to control the quality of Radix Angelicae sinensis.METHODS In order to investigate the relationship between the proportion of adulterated Radix angelicae Sinensis and the similarity of adulterated radix angelicae sinensis(osthol)in radix angelicae sinensis(radix angelicae sinensis),a method for High-performance liquid chromatography analysis was established,to establish the formula for calculating the adulteration quantity of independent living.Then the adulteration amount of Angelica Sinensis and angelica sinensis can be calculated.RESULTS The percentage of active adulteration was 4.4%,24.7%,46.1%,73.2%and 85.1%.CONCLUSION This method is simple and convenient,and can be used to detect the samples in a short time.It is simple,rapid and accurate for the determination of the adulterated radix angelicae sinensis,radix angelicae sinensis and their adulterants,it provides a new method to detect the adulteration of Chinese medicinal materials and cut crude drugs.
