摘  要:教育国际化是当前我国高等教育改革和发展的重要战略目标之一。对于药学专业而言,随着药物研发策略和研究模式的革命性变化,探索构建药学国际化人才培养新体系,以适应药物科学的时代发展显得尤为关键。本文拟以江苏大学药学院核心专业课程《药物分析》为例,介绍学院在具备跨文化沟通能力的教学团队的培育、基于跨文化视角的中外学生协同教学策略的制定、“线上”、“线下”全方位信息化学习平台的构建、趋同化培养考核机制的完善等方面的教改经验,对于培养具有国际合作意识、国际交往能力以及国际专业素质的药学拔尖人才具有较好的借鉴意义。The internationalization of education is one of the important strategic goals of China′s higher education reform and development.For the pharmacy discipline,with the revolutionary changes in drug research and development strategies and research modes,it is particularly critical to explore and build a new system for cultivating internationalizedpharmacy talents to adapt to the development of pharmaceutical science.This article aims to take the core professional course“Pharmaceutical Analysis”of the School of Pharmacy of Jiangsu University as an example to introduce the college′s educational reform experience in several aspects including the training of teaching teams with cross-cultural communication skills,the formulation of collaborative teaching strategies for Chinese and foreign students based on a cross-cultural perspective,the construction of“online/offline”informationized learning platform,and the improvement of the convergence cultivation and evaluation mechanism.It is therefore helpful for cultivating top-notch pharmacy talents with international cooperation awareness,communication capabilities and professional qualities.
