摘　　要：目的为ω-3鱼油脂肪乳注射液的临床合理用药提供参考。方法统计分析某院2021年3月至8月1875份使用ω-3鱼油脂肪乳注射液的病历,按使用科室条目数比例随机抽取每月30份病历进行合理性点评。结果该院ω-3鱼油脂肪乳注射液使用率为2.6%,主要集中在外科系统相关科室。点评的180份病历合格率为73.3%,不合理用药主要表现为无适应证(41.7%)和给药剂量不适宜(29.2%)。结论需加强ω-3鱼油脂肪乳注射液的管理,制定合理使用规范,提高用药的合理性、安全性。OBJECTIVE To provide reference for the clinical rational use ofω-3 fish oil fat emulsion injection.METHODS The medical records of 1875 cases of usingω-3 fish oil fat emulsion injection in a hospital from March to August 2021 were statistically analyzed,according to the proportion of the number of items in the Department,30 medical records per month were randomly selected for rationality evaluation.RESULTS The utilization rate of fish oil fat emulsion injection in the hospital was 2.6%,mainly concentrated in relevant departments of the surgical system.The qualified rate of 180 medical records was 73.3%,and unreasonable drug use was mainly manifested as no indication(41.7%)and unsuitable dose(29.2%).CONCLUSION It is necessary to strengthen the management ofω-3 fish oil fat emulsion injection,formulate reasonable use specifications,and improve the rationality and safety of medication.
