第二类精神药品在前置审方系统的专项设置

摘　　要：目的促进医师合法、合理、安全使用第二类精神药品,规范医师的处方行为。方法结合2021年4月我院门急诊第二类精神药品处方点评存在的问题,5~6月设置第二类精神药品的前置审核处方规则。对比2021年第二、三、四季度使用第二类精神药品的合理用药情况。结果2021年4月~12月,系统拦截门急诊第二类精神药品的合格率从77.50%上升至89.33%。结论使用前置审方系统,一定程度上有利于规范医师的处方行为,降低药师对第二类精神药品人工审核的工作强度。OBJECTIVE To promote doctors′legal,rational and safe use of classⅡpsychotropic drugs and standardize doctors′prescription behavior.METHODS Combined with the problems existing in the prescription review of classⅡpsychotropic drugs in outpatient and emergency department of our hospital in April 2021,the pre audit prescription rules of classⅡpsychotropic drugs were set from May to June.Compare the rational use of classⅡpsychotropic drugs in the second,third and fourth quarters of 2021.RESULTS From April to December 2021,the qualified rate of systematic interception of classⅡpsychotropic drugs in outpatient and emergency departments increased from 77.50%to 89.33%.CONCLUSION The use of pre-trial prescription system is helpful to standardize doctors′prescription behavior and reduce the work intensity of pharmacists′manual audit of classⅡpsychotropic drugs to a certain extent.
