摘　　要：医疗机构制剂(又称医院制剂或院内制剂)作为很多医院药学工作中的重要组成,其弥补了市场的药品不足情况,满足了医院在医疗、保健、科研等方面的需求,在日常医疗实践中被广泛应用,展示出了独一无二的特色和优势。近年来,随着现代药物研发技术的飞升发展,大环境比较下的医院制剂,目前处于一个停滞不前的状态,甚至呈现慢慢萎缩的局面,亟待走出一条科学化发展的特色制剂道路。本文研究分析了当前医疗机构制剂的特点,了解了医疗机构制剂室和制剂的现状及发展存在的问题,并对医院制剂的前景作出展望,以期能够促进新形势下医院制剂事业的持续、健康的发展。Preparations of medical institution(also called as hospital preparations or in-hospital preparations)have always been an important part of hospital pharmacy work,making up for the shortage of Chinese medicine market and meeting the requirement of the hospital in medical,health care and scientific research.Hospital preparations are widely used in daily medical practice which can show the characteristics and advantages of different hospitals.With the rapid development and development of modern drug research and development technology recent years,hospital preparations are in a stagnant state,even showing a slow shrinking situation under the general environment,which needs to be developed in a scientific way.The characteristics,the present situation and development issues of preparations in medical institutions were analyzed,hospital preparations was prospected,in order to promote the sustained and healthy development of hospital preparations under the new situation.
