摘　　要：目的介绍我院单一剂量调剂流程设计及特点。方法从信息数据处理、流程设计、药袋设计等多角度介绍我院住院药房单一剂量给药模式,并分析其优缺点及改善措施。结果住院用药单一剂量调剂模式的开展有利于提升药师和护师的服务质量,降低用药差错风险及药物污染风险;但现阶段仍有人力及成本较高、特殊管理要求的药品管理难度大、单次用药品种及数量较多等等问题需改善及优化。结论单一剂量药品调剂工作有利于提升住院患者精准化用药,有利于提升药师服务质量。OBJECTIVE To introduce the process design and characteristics of Unit Dose Dispensing in our hospital.METHODS The Unit Dose Dispensing mode in inpatient pharmacy of our hospital was introduced from the aspects of information data processing,process design and bag design,and its advantages and disadvantages and improvement measures were analyzed.RESULTS The development of Unit Dose Dispensing mode for inpatient medication is beneficial to improve the service quality of pharmacists and nurses,and reduce the risk of drug errors and drug pollution;however,at the present stage,there are still some problems that need to be improved and optimized,such as high manpower and cost,difficulty in drugmanagement with special management requirements,large variety and quantity of single drug use,and so on.CONCLUSION Unit Dose Dispensing is beneficial to improve the medication accuracy of inpatients and improve the service quality of pharmacists.
