摘  要:准确的配电网线变关系是调度、运维和规划工作的关键。针对当前人工维护线变关系错误率高这一问题,文章提出了一种考虑采样时钟同步的配电网线变关系诊断及修正方法。首先通过自适应时间窗滑动方法修正配变采样时钟以提升线变关系指标准确性,其次依据线变关系指标累计分布概率信息计算阈值以筛选出疑似异常配变,然后结合经纬度信息找出其可能归属的馈线集合,最后基于类别修正方法诊断出其所属馈线。并通过实际案例验证了所提诊断方法的准确性。Accurate feeder-transformer connectivity in distribution network is the key to dispatching,maintenance and planning,etc.Aiming at the problem of high error rate of manual maintenance of feeder-transformer connectivity,a feeder-transformer connectivity identification and correction method in distribution network considering time synchronization is proposed.First,the adaptive time window sliding method is used to modify the sampling clock of distribution transformer to improve the accuracy of feeder-transformer connectivity index.Second,the threshold is calculated according to the cumulative distribution probability information of feeder-transformer connectivity index to screen out the suspected distribution transformer.Then,the possible feeder set is found out combined with the longitude and latitude information.Finally,the feeder is identified based on the clustering correction method.The accuracy of the proposed identification method is verified by an actual case.
