摘 要:目的:分析药学服务工作在医院运营管理绩效体系中的价值,在此基础上提出基于价值核定药事序列绩效奖金额度,从而实现药品费用合理化管控。方法:基于用药数据支撑全院资源配置,优化调整项目和病种结构;规范精准临床用药,开展临床药学服务、专业药事管理和药品调配供应三个维度的管理工作;医院将专业药事管理的量化结果有效融入临床科室各维度的绩效管理中。结果:确定药剂部门的管理职能、量化药剂部门的工作价值、核定药事序列的绩效额度。结论:基于价值核定药事序列绩效是药事价值发挥的前提,医院绩效管理与专业药事管理相融合是药事价值发挥的关键,专业药事管理支撑医院精准管理是专科运营的趋势。Objective The hospital realizes the work content and construction goal of pharmacy department,determines the bonus of pharmacy department based on value,implements the source management of drug cost rationalization.Methods Based on the drug data,the hospital allocates resources,optimizes and adjusts the project and disease structure.The pharmacy department takes the initiative to carry out clinical pharmacy,pharmacy management and drug allocation.The hospital integrates the data of pharmaceutical management into the performance management index system of clinical departments.Results Hospital made clear the management function of pharmacy department,quantified the value of their work,checked their performance quota.Conclusions Based on the management value,the performance of pharmaceutical affairs sequence is verified.It is very important to integrate hospital performance management with pharmacy department management.Professional pharmacy management support hospital accurate management is the need of operation.
