摘　　要：2021年,河南省开展跨境电子商务零售进口药品试点,引发了医药行业的高度关注与期待。本文分析我国跨境电子商务零售进口药品在政策、税收标准、药品准入清单、物流方面存在的问题,提出对策建议:健全相关政策法规,完善准入清单,提升平台建设标准,加快跨境物流系统化建设,加强监管与国际合作。In 2021,Henan Province carried out the pilot of cross-border e-commerce retail import of drugs,which has aroused great concern and expectation in the pharmaceutical industry.This paper analyzed the problems existing in China's cross-border e-commerce retail imported drugs in terms of policies,tax standards,drug access lists,and logistics.It is suggested to improve relevant policies and regulations,improve access lists,improve platform construction standards,speed up cross-border systematized construction,and strengthen international cooperation and supervision.
